Delivery & Returns

We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates.

• AED 25 delivery for orders of AED 350 or less.
• Free delivery for orders above AED 350.
• Estimated delivery time: 1–4 working days.
• Card payment and cash on delivery are available.

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, undamaged, unaltered and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return delivery cost. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the order, Toxic Blade will arrange the return, replacement or refund without charging the customer.

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected. Card payments are refunded to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will agree a suitable refund method with the customer. Bank processing times may vary.

This policy does not limit any rights that apply under UAE consumer-protection law.

Toxic Blade swords are sold as unsharpened decorative collectibles for display. Do not sharpen, alter or use them for combat, training or self-defence. Products altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned as change-of-mind items.
