Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery address, order details and payment status. Card details are handled securely by Stripe and are not stored by Toxic Blade.
How we use it
We use this information to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, keep required business records and improve our store. We do not sell your personal information.
Google Customer Reviews
After an order, Google’s Customer Reviews opt-in module receives your email address, order number, delivery country and expected delivery date to display the programme invitation. Google sends a review request only if you choose to participate. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for this programme. Participation is optional and is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We and selected service providers may use cookies, pixels or similar technologies for essential store functions, analytics, advertising measurement and review services. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some store features may then work differently.
Sharing and retention
